As People and Workplace Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, and employee engagement. Additionally, you will serve as the office manager, responsible for procuring stationery and handling workplace contract renewals. With the company's strong market position in Thailand, you have the opportunity to contribute to its growth and success
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, and etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in various aspects of HR functions is essential. Experience in establishing HR operations is a key requirement for this position
- Experience working in a small company or startup environment is highly advantageous
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels within an organization
- A solid understanding of current employment laws, regulations, and legislations to ensure compliance and inform HR practices effectively
- Proficiency in manually processing payroll is necessary. Familiarity with relevant payroll systems and software is a bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related studies
