Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least N/O level.
- Able to speak English as required when speaking with clients.
- No experience required, Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply, as training will be provided
- Working experience in the related field is a bonus. Required Skill(s): Skills - MS Office, PDF.
Job Responsibilities :
[You will be assisting under our Operations Department and your assigned job responsibilities will be (not limited to) as follows:]
- Administrative duties (Issue Invoices, Data Entries etc).
- Coordinate work with co-workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide expertise advices to clients in the Shop. (Training provided)
- Provide expertise advices to clients in WhatsApp. (Training provided) Assist in any other projects as assigned by Management
Benefits & Others
Regular hours : Mondays - Saturdays, 5.5 day work week (Weekday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm), 1/2 Yearly Performance Bonus, Annual Leave, Lunch & Tea Break Meals provided.
