Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking skilled and experienced Fish Filleter to join our team. We are a leading fish wholesaler company based in Union Hall, Co Cork .
As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring that our high standards of quality and productivity are maintained.
This is a full-time, permanent position with hourly pay and overtime pay.

Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience working with fish or meat is essential
- Good employment record with references
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Able to use cutting tools
- Must have knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements
- Ability to work in a team
Pay: Depending on Experience €13 / hour

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Keep a clean and safe work area
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
- Fillet , package and price seafood items for sale
