What will you do?

  • Preparation of monthly salaries of the company’s employees, salary-related payments and maintaining HR systems and records.
  • Working closely with Hilan – payroll supplier.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including onboarding of new employees and off-boarding of leaving employees.
  • Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
  • Contact person with the pension insurance agency and back office, including preparation of relevant forms for new hires and terminated employees.
  • Responsibility for the attendance system (HILANET) and preparation of monthly attendance reports

What will you need to succeed?

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist.
  • Certified Payroll Controller – Must
  • Accountability and respect for deadlines and a deep understanding of the importance of timely and consistently accurate payroll processing.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, service oriented.
  • Highly organized and reliable, with great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor code, and social benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of English (mostly written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with a rapidly and complex changing work environment.
  • Can-do approach and ability to work under the workload.
  • Deep knowledge of Hilan – Must
