Position Overview:The role is centered around two main areas: website management and internal facilitator training (IFT) processes. The primary goal is to ensure that both the company's digital presence (website) and internal training efforts are well-managed, efficient, and aligned with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities:
Website Management:Collaborate with portfolio teams to maintain accurate and branded content on the website.
Regularly review and optimize website performance for engagement and conversions.
Coordinate with external vendors for updates and improvements.
Monitor website analytics and provide insights for improvement.
Internal Facilitator Training:Develop and manage administrative processes for IFT programs.
Schedule, coordinate, and track training sessions and resources.
Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
Assist in organizing and promoting training programs.
Oversee attendance tracking and liaise with relevant teams.
Process Enhancement:Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes in website management and IFT.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and implement best practices.
Implement tools and technologies for process automation and communication.
Communication and Collaboration:Maintain communication with portfolios, stakeholders, and team members.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
