Monthly reporting
Supporting in preparation and submission of monthly reporting in required structure in accordance to Canon corporate policies and guidances
Detailed analyses and understanding of monthly business development of Canon CZ a SK and their business unit parts
Monthly analyses and understanding of variances from monthly and cumulative budget, forecasting and last year
Detection and preparation of correction vouchers for potential monthly reporting adjustments
Analyses of variances of actuals vs budget and last year and its communication to Canon EMEA
Preparation and submission of monthly segment reporting to Canon EMEA
Budgeting
Support in development of annual budget per business units, its spread into months and its update on quarterly bases
Inclusion of solid knowledge of products, market trends, ratios, life sale cycles, pricing and business risks and opportunities into budgeting process
Supporting communication and justification of budget with local sales
Budgets submission into corporate budgeting tool
Preparation and submission of forecast on weekly bases
Business partnering
Communication, cooperation and support to different stakeholders and departments
Development and recommendation for enhancement of business operating performance
Coordination across given business units
Organisation and preparation of monthly Business Planning Meetings
What we ask
University degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance controlling
Very strong MS Excel skills
B2 language knowledge of English – for regular communication with Canon EMEA (London and Amsterdam)
Work experience from BIG4 or larger international corporation is an advantage
Understanding of US GAAP basics is an advantage
