Digital Marketing Intern [Portugal]

 

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Leadzai, you will gain hands-on experience in two key areas: Performance Marketing and Customer Success.

Our internships are structured in the following way:

• 3 months in Performance Marketing
• 3 months in Customer Success
• 3 months in the area you enjoyed the most

As a Digital Marketing Intern, some of your responsibilities would be:

• Assist in the setup, optimization, and management of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or social media advertising.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad targeting to maximize campaign performance and achieve the defined goals.
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.

What will be your daily grind?‍

• Create and optimize ad copy, including headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action.
• Set up and monitor PPC campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance metrics
• Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, or troubleshooting technical difficulties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information to resolve customer issues.

What we're looking for:
Required skills:

• Background in Management, Marketing or similar fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence.
• Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management.
• Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Former interaction with Google Ads, Meta Ads and similar platforms.
• Former contact with Zendesk, Hubspot or other ticketing platform.
• Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Business.
