Essential Job Functions:
** Recommend and organize client functions and assist with facilitation of events
** Facilitate weekly sales meetings
Execute custom mailings for clients and present to sellers, maintain an ongoing database of email and physical addresses for clients, along with vendors for mailings

** Coordinate travel for conferences and, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations for conferencesManage meeting invitations, tech support, and settings for virtual events and in-person meetings
Coordinate travel including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
Conduct research as assigned
Print and prepare board books and other informational binders
Qualifications:
Advanced MS Office skills to include Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
Ability to work in the office 2 days/week
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
