Job Description
- Install accounting and reporting systems, to facilitate accurate and timely reporting plus internal controls
- Group Consolidation for audit / Management reporting incl. inter-co elimination
- Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Overseeing billing & revenue management in the region and work closely with Studio Directors, Project Managers to ensure accurate project accounting
- Ensure Local Financial Statutory Compliance including local FRS/IFRS, Audit,Taxation and government regulations
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Working with business partners, technical teams, project managers and other teams to identify and deliver projects to drive expansion, free cash flow, and improved customer experience
- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
- Monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing & Collections and Project profitability
- Reviewing customer and vendor contracts and provide appropriate feedback regarding business terms, as required
- Provide financial planning, Budgeting, forecast future financial performance, tracking and variance analysis
- Perform any additional responsibilities as may be requested or assigned from time to time
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum seven to ten years' relevant experience in Financial closing, consolidation, reporting & audit with proven track record
- Experience in Consultant company, Service provider or property development would be
- added advantages

- Hands on attitude and abilities
- Good Communication (Mandarin would be a plus)
- Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate at all levels within the
- organization and external clients
