Job Description

  • Install accounting and reporting systems, to facilitate accurate and timely reporting plus internal controls
  • Group Consolidation for audit / Management reporting incl. inter-co elimination
  • Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Overseeing billing & revenue management in the region and work closely with Studio Directors, Project Managers to ensure accurate project accounting
  • Ensure Local Financial Statutory Compliance including local FRS/IFRS, Audit,Taxation and government regulations
  • Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
  • Working with business partners, technical teams, project managers and other teams to identify and deliver projects to drive expansion, free cash flow, and improved customer experience
  • Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
  • Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
  • Monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing & Collections and Project profitability
  • Reviewing customer and vendor contracts and provide appropriate feedback regarding business terms, as required
  • Provide financial planning, Budgeting, forecast future financial performance, tracking and variance analysis
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as may be requested or assigned from time to time

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum seven to ten years' relevant experience in Financial closing, consolidation, reporting & audit with proven track record
  • Experience in Consultant company, Service provider or property development would be

  • Good Communication (Mandarin would be a plus)
