The Local Listing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing local listings on various online platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places for Business. The primary goal of the Location Listing Manager is to ensure that accurate and up-to-date business information is maintained across these platforms, maximizing visibility and optimizing the online presence of the company or clients.
The Location Listing Manager will utilize their expertise in managing Google Business Profile organization accounts to efficiently handle and update business information on behalf of clients. They will also collaborate with Google's specialized customer support for third-party agencies to resolve any issues or concerns related to local listings. In addition, the Location Listing Manager should possess hands-on experience with Apple Business Connect, enabling them to create place cards that are accessible to users of Apple devices and built-in apps. This will contribute to enhancing the company's presence and reach on Apple platforms. Furthermore, the candidate must have knowledge of Bing Places for Business and be proficient in managing and optimizing business information on this platform. This will involve ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance of business details to improve the company's visibility on Bing search results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage local listings on different channels across the web, including Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places for Business.
- Utilize Google Business Profile organization accounts to manage client's business information efficiently.
- Work with Google customer support specialized for third-party agencies to address any issues or concerns related to local listings.
- Utilize Apple Business Connect to create place cards that are accessible to Apple device users and built-in apps worldwide.
- Manage and optimize business information on Bing Places for Business, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
- Publish weekly updates on the map listings according to the nature of business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online presence and local listings for maximum visibility and impact.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes related to local search optimization.
- Analyze and track performance metrics of local listings, providing reports and insights to the management team.
- Conduct periodic audits of local listings to identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies and take necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams and store managers, to ensure consistent and accurate representation of business information across all channels.
- Stay informed about customer feedback and reviews related to local listings, responding promptly and appropriately to maintain a positive brand image.
- Strong knowledge of US States and its geographical perspective will be a plus point for this job.

Qualifications:
- Strong English writing and verbal skills.
- Proven experience in managing local listings on various channels across the web.
