In order to reach the objectives in a new but fast growing and technology evolving market, Plastic Omnium has set up a dedicated Division “New Energies division” focusing on Hydrogen Storage, Fuel Cell Stack and Integrated Hydrogen Systems.


We are searching for a HR Officer to work on our Hydrogen Pressure Vessel Development Centre in Genk, Belgium

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES


Payroll and HR Administration

  • Assist in payroll activities
  • Prepares working contracts and all social/legal documents related to HR topics, including interns and consultants
  • Be a point of contact on HR administration and HR processes related questions from employees and managers
  • Manage mailing activities IN and OUT
  • Update & follow-up of HR KPI & reporting

Recruiting, training and induction follow-up

  • Provide support for the recruitment of operators, technicians, interim, and engineers according to the needs
  • Collaborate with the managers for a fluent way of recruiting (planning meetings, discussing feedbacks, …)
  • Manage trainings in Group systems and adequate reportings
  • Manage follow – up of the training plan according to the validated needs
  • Proposes and contact the training providers, including Group or Division internal ones
  • Ensures induction organization and follow-up for newcomers according to the profile and needs

Support for specific activities

  • Set -up meetings with the managers and employees (Genk’s meet, Let’s have an update, …)
  • Plan follow-up meetings with newcomers after 1 month
  • Organize events (teambuilding, …)
  • Communicate in an open way to all employees and managers with new information regarding HR

PROFILE REQUIRMENTS

Personal Background

  • More than 3 year experience in HR/Recruitment
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and Belgian social legislation
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Job Technical skills

  • Manage software tools (Microsoft), including Teams
  • Manage SAP
  • Manage Protime, SD Worx(Eblox HR, Eblox Payroll)
