Introduction
We are seeking a Deployment Manager to join our Deployment and Compliance team. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of development and process initiatives, which involves supporting in reaching pre-defined KPIs and having an analytical approach to internal reports. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring things will run smoothly, which will positively impact the business. In this position, you will report to Senior Deployment Manager
This position is mainly located in Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. Please note that this is a full-time, temporary contract of 9 months.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are responsible for process governance and continuous improvement. Our team goal is to ensure the deployment of agreed development and process initiatives in cooperation with the BA and MA organizations and work closely with different internal stakeholders.
Our team culture is all about getting things done – together. The members in our team are located for example in Finland, the United States and Brazil.
What you’ll do
You will own end-to-end project management of development and process initiatives according to agreed prioritization with a clear focus to support Metso's strategy
Support development projects including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of projects
Ensure successful project execution from time & scope perspective
Participate in coordinating change management and communication towards the organization
Support process development in issue identification, analysis, evaluation, solution proposal and monitoring
Ensure stakeholder feedback is taken into account in operational development
Define KPIs and internal reports to support process efficiency
Ensure end-to-end cooperation between target organizations.
Actively support customer experience development
Who you are
You have previous experience in business process improvement and project management
You have the ability to engage with different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
You have a can-do attitude with a strong desire to grow
You enjoy collaborating with a wide range of people across a global organization
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience in SAP and Salesforce is considered an asset
